| WIM NOORTMAN (MANAGING PARTNER) |
Wim Noortman is an acknowledged international consultant in Human Capital and Leadership solutions with unique skills and experience in assisting global companies in solving human capital matters. He has a proven track record in finding and placing star performers with his Fortune 500 clients. Building international teams and adding value to the client's operations is one of his key strengths.
As one of the managing partners of Global Recruiters Wim specialises in international searches in the FMCG, Logistics, IT and Strategy Consulting sectors. The level of assignments he is involved in usually deals with Vice President or Director and Partner/Principal levels and normally focuses on an international scope of responsibility. He has worked on assignments in all 4 corners of the world for well known “ brand ” name companies.
Prior to founding Global Recruiters, Wim was a Partner at Hansar International in the Brussels office. He was a member of the international practice and served clients in the logistics, consulting and IT sectors throughout Europe.
Wim has also served in several executive positions with Federal Express Corporation both in Europe and in the United States. He started his career with Federal Express in the Netherlands where he assumed the country manager position shortly after being recruited. His operational career with FedEx brought him to work in France, Spain, Turkey, Italy, Belgium, Scandinavia, North Africa and Central Europe. In 1988 he was appointed Director of FedEx and was promoted to become the first Managing Director Human Resources for Continental Europe, Africa and the Far East growing the company from several hundred people to over 12,000 employees two years later. In 1991 Wim moved to the United States to become the Managing Director Human Resources for Latin America, the Caribbean and Canada. Early on in his career Wim worked for Shell in the Far East and Africa and for Wijsmuller and Martinair in the Netherlands.
Wim is married with three teenaged children. He is President of the largest ice hockey club in Belgium; coach of one of the junior teams; member of the Cercle Lorraine and a member of the Golf Club d’Hulencourt. He holds degrees in international human resources management and nautical sciences and he is fluent in Dutch, English, German and French and has notions of Indonesian, Russian and Italian.

| MARIA SMITH |
Maria has a solid background of 10 years as an executive search consultant and researcher based in Brussels. Before joining Global Recruiters she worked with Noortman Goffin & Partners for 7 years handling assignments at middle management and executive level within a wide-ranging portfolio of clients and functions across Europe and beyond and has also undertaken business development activities.
She held similar positions with Hansar International and with Milar, who specialised in research for the executive search industry.
Prior to her experience in executive search she started her career within the Public Relations Department of Granada Television before training as a Recruitment Consultant with Alfred Marks in the UK, at the time the largest company in high street recruitment specialising in administrative and middle management profiles.
Raised in Spain and educated in England, Maria studied European Languages and Language Studies in London. She has lived in 6 different European countries and speaks English, Spanish and French. She is married to an Englishman and has two teenage children.

| MIKE FALVEY |
Mike Falvey is acknowledged as an expert in designing human capital programmes for global companies. He has worked with publicly quoted, private equity funded and non-profit organisations around the world. A key focus for Mike is working with senior executives outside of the UK on the development of their UK operations and the subsequent people agendas.
Mike specialises in executive search and human capital consultancy in the retail, business services, logistics and HR sectors. The assignments he is involved in are usually at Vice President or Director level and are typically for organisations which are implementing strategic change.
Prior to becoming a consultant and a partner at Global Recruiters, Mike was the VP of Human Resources Europe and EMEA for SIRVA Inc, Managing Director of SIRVA Relocation EMEA and in these positions worked extensively on M+A and organisation development projects. Recently, Mike was the interim HR Director for DHL Express in the UK. Earlier he worked in executive positions in the retail sector with well-known companies such as B+Q, Wickes, etc.
Originally Mike studied at the University of Liverpool and has a BA Hons in Psychology before completing his post graduate diploma in Human Resources at the University of Westminster. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Mike is married with children. He has coached and “talent scouted” for two professional football clubs and was a world record holder for playing indoor 6 a-side hockey for 57 hours non stop.

| RONALD WINTZEUS |
Ronald Wintzéus is a Partner of Global Recruiters and, based in Belgium, he serves a select number of internationally renowned multinationals, expanding mid-caps and start-up companies in the sectors industry, information & communication technology, advanced energy & clean technology, packaging & packaged consumer goods, fashion apparel and consulting services.
Mr. Wintzéus has an extensive career in international executive search, assessment and advisory as well as HR due diligence in the context of mergers & acquisitions. He has worked for clients ranging from public/private multinational blue-chip corporations over family-controlled small- and mid-cap companies to venture capital/private equity funded start-ups/spin-offs of different size/scope. Furthermore Mr. Wintzéus manages relationships with the EU institutions, industry federations, interest groups and corporate government affairs executives in Brussels and across the EU on behalf of our clients and for the benefit of our Firm’s wider business network, as applicable.
Prior to joining our Firm, Mr. Wintzéus worked for different renowned international private and public executive search firms and with those held positions as Partner, Executive Vice President EMEA, Principal and Vice President. With those firms he served an array of esteemed clients mainly in the global industrial, technology, advanced energy and consumer product & services markets across the EMEA region.
In addition, when a Partner with a former company prior to joining our Firm, he was a member of that firm’s External Affairs Centre of Expertise and also their Sustainability/CSR Practice. In the latter context he liaised with international organizations such as the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, UN Global Compact, CSR Europe, etc.
Prior to his executive recruitment career, Mr. Wintzéus served with the Swedish Trade Council in Brussels where he held diplomatic status as Commercial Counsellor to the EU institutions, Belgium and Luxembourg. He also worked as a management consultant with a top-tier firm in Scandinavia and before that he was employed with different multinational corporations where his positions held included Vice President Marketing & Sales, Regional General Manager, Managing Director, Country Manager and Export Manager. Based in different European countries, he managed business operations with P&L and staff responsibility in parallel to a functional role held, as well as he initiated and lead change/turn-around projects. With one of his former companies Mr. Wintzéus also served as an executive committee member as well as on several local boards of directors of the European subsidiaries. He has done business globally directly and on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Wintzéus holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from the Gothenburg University in Sweden and is a member of various professional associations in Belgium and abroad. He holds appointment as Knight Commander in the Order of Leopold, a Belgian national chivalry order. He speaks Swedish, (Norwegian, Danish), English, Dutch, French and has knowledge of German and Spanish. He resides in Belgium since 1990.
